    BC547 NPN Transistor in the TO-92 Package
    NPN general purpose transistors, especially suited for use in driver stages of audio amplifiers, low noise input stages of tape recorders, HI-FI amplifiers, signal processing circuits of television receivers.  They appear to be in the B group with hFE between 200-450.
    These are generic devices fabricated by an unknown manufacturer.  Since they are being sold as generic I cannot provide a proper datasheet.  The low price reflects that they may not be fit for your purpose.
