4 X IRFP240/IRFP9240 (Matched quad)

Description

The price is for 4 items - 2(two) IRFP240 and 2(two) IRFP9240 matched quad (Vgs +/-10mV).
They are matched only P to P Channel and N to N channel.
I do not allow more than 2 mV difference between P/P and N/N,
but declare 10 mV to be on a safe side.
Manufacturer: Vishay (MOSFET production line was purchased by Vishay from International Rectifier).
I combine shipment with other items purchased from my store: if you bought few different items please wait for invoice with combined shipment
option, do not pay immediately.
