Near MINT, EXCEPT for bleaching of finish on top, most likely occurred from contact with a petroleum product (rubber worm) and having some chemical effect on the red finish over time, bleaching a small area. They are NOT scratches. The rest of the reel is near mirror finish, and its 100% functional. Smooth retrieve and casting. Comes with MINT Condition Leather Case.
