In this auction we offer:
a transistor that has become a part of the development of Polish semiconductor electronics, namely the ASY37S transistor.
It was practically the first mass-produced transistor for professional use in Poland.
The transistor has a cut-off frequency of not less than 10MHz, it was manufactured for the military.
The transistor has a gain group of 4 (gain 70-130).
Even if it is not marked, they were selected in this respect.
The offered transistor is brand new and has a military reception (i.e. the letter S at the end). The military-approved transistors were characterized by the fact that all pieces in the series were checked, and could also operate in a wider temperature range, and the manufacturer guaranteed their greater reliability.
