PENN SEAGATE 300 YD CONVENTIONAL REEL
Older Penn reel, early 1040's SEAGATE similar to Longbeach model 60 with black Head plate, torpedo knobbed handle, stamped Seagate on head plate, unusual End of Day multicolor red/black tail plate with hershey button clicker and raised Penn Reel lettering, stand stamped 300 yd.
Don't believe Penn factory made this way, probably a stretched 250 yd reel by a previous owner, that's the way i got it. Only part with stamped part number is the handle, rest of the parts have no part number. Reel cranks smoothly, has good drags and clicker is strong. Side plates have no cracks, chrome shows a lot of plating loss, still an unusual reel. (see pics for additional description). Reel is ready to add to your collection
