Based on the zone code shown on the tag, these are at least as old as the 1950s, possibly 1940s. The tag also has a hand written retail store price on it.

Condition (especially for the age) is Very Good Used, there is a stain (probably a blood stain) on the left leg near the cuff. There are pockets at the knees for pads, the pads in these are mismatched and probably neither is the original. There are also sewn in pads above the cuff to protect the shins and hard plastic kidney protectors.
