    Description

    Horton Blue Grass No.3  Silver CLASSIC Casting Reel!
    Used in the past but is in fantastic condition for being over 100 years old. Almost Mint!! Small scratch on front.
    Dimensions: Diameter end plate, 2 inches. Length spool 1 1/2 inches.
    Diameter of spool head, 11/2 inches.
    NICKEL SILVER REEL, balance handle forward, CLICK OR CLICK AND DRAG, screw off oil caps.
    Made starting in 1906, and when merged with Meek company they continued to be Top of the Line Reels.
    This Classic reel is ready to be Used OR to be displayed in Your Collection case.
    Made in New England state area.
    It is a small reel, but she mighty and if you have the right gear it doesn't take "big" gear. The Bluegrass No. 3 spinning reel is a keepsake & a Catch of its own!. This reel is in great shape and it works as intended. The clicker sounds nice and both break switch work as intended. This reel holds the serial number 15460.
    I was taught when you have an antique reel you don't clean them with harsh chemicals. It takes their value away and it leaves marks. Sure you can use soft cloth but always be mindful.
