Julius Vom Hofe Reel.
Nice early Von Hofe in good condition for its age. Rear side plate does have a fine crack across center. One rear screw is missing. Reel spins fine, no free spool on these early models. Wood handle knob, clicker button on left side plate as well as a spool adjustment.
