Up for sale is an awesome Early Old Antique 1930’s very very large front wing back VINTAGE chocolate Brown Leather Football (top black cross panels) Helmet. Adult size helmet and very large - measures to 7 3/8 - must see all photos - front thick padded leather with all panels tightly stitched (interior leather eight spoke harness with thick clean circular center pad (interior is on sweet shape and condition with the leather lining complete and soft and supple; note; stitching tight and thick and clean throughout and includes the canvas chin strap with adjusting chin rest and clips!! Super look and must see all photos to appreciate (yes, the mannequin head is included). Beautiful dark brown double wing front with leather cross straps!! This is an old antique awesome Looking old gridiron head harness!! This is a very cool 1930's adult size all thick clean and sturdy leather football helmet! As the photos show, the helmet is in very very nice overall shape (see all photos for condition)! The leather is soft and supple and still holding up very strong for being close to 85 plus year old - wow!!! It has a great shine and awesome look! The intimidating brown patina is 100% worn original. The leather interior of the helmet is in very good condition and as you can see has the thick canvas interior 8 spike harness which denotes the higher quality and craftmanship. It is all present and is in quality shape and condition; especially for helmets of this era). This very cool antique thick rare all leather football helmet would look killer displayed in your home, office, den or sports room!
