FREE RETURNS -
When listing indicates free returns, buyers will have 30 days after receiving the item to return the item for a full refund at no charge to the buyer (free return shipping).
BUYER PAID RETURNS-
When listing indicates buyer paid returns, if an item arrives
faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the listing description, the buyer can return the item for a full refund at no cost to the buyer (free return shipping) within 30 days of receiving the item. However, if the buyer wishes to return the item for any other reason they may receive a full refund, but will need to pay for the return shipping. Items that are marked “free Shipping may be sent through a different carrier than marked on the listing, though, we will always make sure that the estimated shipping times are the same as listed.
