    Nicholson no longer makes this file since mid 1960's.
    This file is very aggressive!!
    These were made in Holland and USA.  Some included a stamp foundry.  The steel used to manufacture these files was C10-130 that is no longer used due to pricing.  You are getting a file that is a cutting machine and built to last.
