    Same file as a regular Half Round X.F. but item goes through extreme quality checks and inspections to meet clicking die usage and performance.
    Only a skilled and true craftsman know this file and the 4 cut uses.  This file is used by Craftsman, machinist, Gunsmiths or any other work needed with extra fine filing.  The 4 cut was discontinue years ago at Nicholson.  A true rare tool find.
