    The box is stamped Philadelphia.  That means it was manufactured before 1976!
    6" Mill with
    1 Round Edge that is smoother than a Bastard or Second Cut
    .  What makes this file stand out is how thin it is.  The thickness is .098 which is less than a Mill Bastard and the file is wider giving more surface filed than standard mill file.  This file has not been produced since the early 1970's.
    These files have teeth that are between second cut and smooth coarseness.
