Returns
Returns are cheerfully accepted (
unless otherwise clearly STATED on the sales condition, so please refer to that FIRST! In case there's a discrepancy, the LISTING condition near the shipping description takes the precedent!
) as long as the merchandise is in the same EXACT condition with the tags, labels, etc (if applicable). To expedite the return, please contact me BEFORE you ship the product back. I respond to all inquiries within 24 hour period to resolve issues quickly.
Shipping Charge and Cost (This is IMPORTANT!!)
If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping cost to you from me will be deducted from your refund. You also have to pay for the return shipping cost and make sure that the product is insured for damage and/or loss.

Quick Turnaround
I also try my best to ship the product out on the same day the sale is finalized (in accordance to our cut-off time) so you can receive your order quickly! IF there's any reason on my part that I can't ship the product on the SAME day that the payment is received, I will be sure to e-mail you to let you know WHY the delay is going to take place.
