Old Vintage SHAKESPEARE PROFESSIONAL SPORTCAST No. 1980 Model GK Reel + Box

Description

Shakespeare Professional Sportcast No. 1980 Model GK casting reel featuring nickel plated brass construction, engraved leaping fish scene on the back plate, narrow 1 3/8 inch spool, double handles with yellow swirled grasps, face plate rim spacer, level winding action, and back plate mounted clicker. Reel foot is marked Made in U.S.A. - Patented.  Reel is in nice used condition as seen in the pics. Mechanically fairly smooth action and a fully functioning clicker. Comes with the correct and original reel box that is in shopworn condition.  The instruction paper booklet and an unmarked maroon reel bag round out the package.
