Vintage black leather custom made Riddell football boots with cleats date back to the 1930's. Riddell, a company that began making football boots in the early 1920's (see photo of newspaper advert) produced a high quality pro-level athletic shoe. This pair is wonderful and has the maker's name stenciled at the top of each tongue along with the size (9E). See photos for condition!
