THIMBLE~BELL SHAPE~VERY UNUSUAL CENTER~Mark 212 (H)
VERY unusual thimble to me-not even sure what the metal?? I rubbed a small area ......mabe COPPER~heavy duty?
Also inside the center of the thimble is a raised area for support  when making a stitch in thick?? fabric/leather? Also there is a very small line of SOLDER that shows to connect both pieces together    then all the open spaces?? What is that all about???? Has a NUMBER 212 on one of those as shown,
Measures about 3/4" H and acoross the opening measures about 7/8"
