Vintage 1984 Sesame Street Booster Seat/ small Crack in bottom/missing strap

1984 Vintage Sesame Street Booster Seat.
Has small separating part in the bottom as you can see in the picture, it us missing the seat belt strap but one could be made to work fairly easy.
Decal stickers are a little faded but all still on as you can see in the pictures
