Vintage Boy Scouts Of America red felt vest. This is  a vest that has 9 pins and 32 patches. It has some pilling and a couple of stains. It is approx. 17" top of shoulder to top of shoulder width x 23" wide at the bottom x 19" long. It features a Webelos Pin and Pacific Harbors Council patch among others as shown. No rips, tears or holes. Expect normal wear from age, use and storage. Please see photos for detailed look as the are an important part of the description. . Email any questions.
