VINTAGE HUMMEL THIMBLE
Adorable vintage authentic M.J. Hummel silver plated real enamel engraved thimble measuring about 1" in size. Housed in the original box measuring 2-1/4" tall, 1-3/4" wide and 3/4" deep in size, box is complete with plastic sliding cover - thimble is decorated with a sweet image of a little frightened boy and girl standing underneath a large umbrella.
Condition is minty - thimble has never been used - I purchased a group of these in the mid-1980s with the intention of filling a shadow box - just never got around to it. Dated 1985 as a limited edition on the thimble back, it would be a charming addition to any collection or display!
