Vintage reel restoration and repair and super tune. Abu, Shimano, Quantum etc.
I will completely breakdown the reel, clean from the frame out and apply fresh grease and oil, i can also order new decals and parts if needed and if available. I will advise you before any additional costs are incurred. I can repair most issues. I posted my most recent restoration of a 6500C. Last few pictures are a Shimano Antares Scorpion with the upgraded drag washers pictured to show the difference with a super tune. Also, i did a super tune on my personal Calcutta Conquest 200 and have never felt a smoother cast. I have 100% feedback and have been restoring these reels for almost 10yrs. Please understand that i am unable to fix scratches and paint loss unless i replace the entire plate of the reel. Most cleaning/servicing is 30$ and i will pay shipping back to you. PS. For sellers!! For my small fee, you can resell that vintage reel for much more if it is cleaned and serviced.
For fisherman!! Dont fish with an ugly reel. Consider a super tune job. Abec bearings and upgraded drag washers for most reels is 30$ plus parts which usually runs 25-30$ additional. . This will of course include parts and lubrication as well. That old reel will be smoother and cast farther with more precision amd control.
