This is likely  a trade reel made by one of the bigger reel makers of the time.  Reel cranks good and is in working order.  The spool brake  and bait clicker both work well. Finish shows some wear but overall looks in pretty good shape. It is missing one of the spool tightening knobs on the side with the bait clicker and spool brake switches.
