Vtg 20s 30s 40s LEATHER Football HELMET Red/Black

Here we have a vintage leather football helmet. Not sure which decade. Barn find—ear flaps show wear—inside lining dirty. Smaller size—kids or maybe small adult. Has brand stamped in leather on back but I can’t make it out. Anybody know? Not sure what it’s worth so I’ll consider ANY offer.....
